MUE

This project entitled Moveable Type asked us to take a new typeface and create a 3D type specimen poster for the ISTD (International Society of Type Designers). Our chosen typeface, MUE was reminiscent of Egyptian hieroglyphics, hence we created a handmade three-dimensional sculpture in the style of an Egyptian pyramid. The sculpture was made by hand and photographed in collaboration with student photographers. This project was made in collaboration with Ajay Sookraj, Jenn Bowman, Nimah Walsh & Matt Webb.
